gdc-5-mips64el-linux-gnuabi64 software package provides GNU D compiler (version 2), you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gdc-5-mips64el-linux-gnuabi64
gdc-5-mips64el-linux-gnuabi64 is installed in your system.
